Join the Friends of the Lewiston Public Library as they celebrate the Winter Olympic Games in the John Daly Children’s Room.  Saturday, January 25th will open with a mini “Parade of Nations” at 11:00 with the help of volunteers from the Lewiston-Porter Key Club.  Other activities include an Olympic Torch craft, tee-shirt painting, stories, songs, and light refreshments.

One of the highlights of the event include 11-year-old Hannah, a local figure skater, dressed in her costume who will be available to answer questions about being a competitive figure skater.  Several members for the Niagara University Club Hockey Team will also be on hand in with equipment to answer questions about playing hockey.
